Interest in learning analytics is growing rapidly as are the tools and techniques used by researchers and practitioners. SoLAR hosts the annual LAK conference to bring together educators to discuss new research and opportunities for collaboration. An annual conference alone is not sufficient to capture how quickly learning analytics is developing as a field.

In response, we are pleased to announce SoLAR Flare – a series of regional events to facilitate the exchange of information, case studies, ideas, and early stage research.
