NYU-LEARN New Frontiers in Learning Analytics (Interactive Event)

Join NYU-LEARN on Tuesday afternoon for an exciting interactive session to explore new frontiers in learning analytics. You’ll get the chance to experience movement learning analytics that use video- and sensor-based instruments to extract and visualize data, explore how an integrated digital platform can powerfully facilitate data-rich experimentation, and delve into questions of what analytics can look like when applied to early childhood learning. Details about each session follow below.

The event will be held in NYU’s cutting edge Media and Games Network (MAGNET) space in Brooklyn (a joint venture of the Steinhardt School of Education, Culture and Human Development, Tandon School of Engineering, and Tisch School of the Arts and the Center for Urban Science and Progress) and followed immediately by a Networking Reception at Circa, a local craft brewery located just down the street.

Please note that there will be guides to help you transit to NYU in Brooklyn using complimentary metro cards (45 min) and that two beers / glasses of wine plus wood-fired pizza will be provided at the Networking Reception.
