Adaptive Learning Engineer

ExploreLearning, a K-12 science/math software education publisher is excited to announce a new LAK/EdTech position.

Our flagship game-based math-fluency system, Reflex, has helped millions of children learn their math facts through adaptive games and we have recently released Frax to do the same for fractions.

We are currently looking for someone to join us as an Adaptive Learning Engineer. The successful candidate will use our in-house behavior engines to craft adaptive instructional AI to ensure young learners experience individualized instruction.

We are looking for recent graduates of LAK/EDM programs or others with EdTech backgrounds and sharp, analytical minds. Some experience and aptitude with coding is essential for this position.

This position will initially be a remote, contractor post, but could be converted to a full-time employee position after initial fit is confirmed.
